Congratulations to the 2023 -2024 Hillbilly of the Year and Possum Queen!
Bruce Mulligan and his wife Louise Mulligan were named this years royalty at the 2023 International Hillbilly Convention in Wisconsin. Bruce is from Clan #67, Boumi Shrine Temple, Baltimore, Maryland.
