INTERNATIONAL HILLBILLY QUEEN 2025 – 2026

Due to last years Convention circumstances, Linda Rizzotto, from the Al Malaika Shrine, Clan #69 out of Los Angeles, our ’24-’25 Hillbilly Queen has accepted the call to remain Hillbilly royalty for another year.
Linda’s dedication to the Hillbillies and efforts as queen this past year, raised $7000.00 donated to the Shriners Childrens Transportation Fund!

I have the honor of being elected as your INTERNATIONAL HILLBILLY QUEEN for 2024-2025.
My husband is Richard Rizzotto of Al Malaikah Shrine.
We are thoroughly enjoying being part of the “Hillbilly Experience.” Hoping to make you proud.

Generously butter a 13 by 9 casserole dish. Mix the eggs, half and half, maple syrup and brown sugar in a bowl. Place the bread in the casserole dish and cover with the egg mixture. Cover with plastic wrap and let soak overnight in the fridge.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Remove the casserole from the fridge.
Make the topping: Melt the butter in a small sauce pan. Add the sugar and maplesyrup and cook for 1-2 minutes. Stir in the pecans. Pour mixture over the bread and bake for 55-60 minutes.
Allow to sit for 10 minutes before serving.
